Great stay! The room was impecably clean AND they clean, bring clean towels and clean linen daily (I walked on the maid, the bed was fully stripped!) I got there late at night, and had booked the wrong room (smoking), they were pretty booked out but the desk clerk (Omar) took the time to fix that mistake and get me in a nice room. LOCATION: I would not have been alone or would have brought my gun, I would have totally walked to the Stockyards! It is a 4 minutes drive to main/exchange and also close to get on different freeways. I actually liked the fact that there is nothing around - no homeless or weird crowd from nearby gas stations. Parking lot is a little small but never had an issue finding a spot even getting in late and the hotel was almost fully booked. Ladies, good water pressure to wash your hair! The TV was nice too with good selection of channels. Absolutely recommend staying there and would stay again!

The staff went above and beyond. When we checked in, there was a known issue with our A/C. Unfortunately, ours was the only King room left. The staff called the maintenance personnel right away to remedy the situation. Since we hadn't eaten, we opted to go out for dinner while they worked on our room. When we got back, the A/C was working and they gave us a $25 gift card to Dickey's BBQ for our troubles. I was very impressed and appreciative of the customer service received.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. This was my second time staying at the property and the man who checked me in remembered me from a year prior. He even gave me a complimentary one hour later checkout because I had a late afternoon flight. The hotel is very clean with a nice free breakfast. They give you plenty of towels. I stayed for 4 nights and didn’t need to ask for anything extra. They even have waffles in the shape of the state of Texas! So cute!

The staff were friendly, polite, and willing to go that extra mile. I felt at home knowing they were there to help and didn't make me feel I was bothering them, unlike many other hotels I've stayed in. There was even a swimming pool which I wasn't expecting. And I loved the ground coffee machine which was simple to use. The beds and pillows were so comfortable - even beats some 5 star hotels I've stayed at.

The staff were welcoming, friendly, and courteous. The room was comfortable and the hotel was set back off the highway so I didn't even hear it. Breakfast had a good variety of items, mostly packaged food except for the waffles. This is not a new hotel, but it is well maintained and very clean.
